3. No Guaranteed Results

• The responsiveness of creditors and credit bureaus

• We allow a 3-business day cancellation period for all contracts

5. Service Fees and Payment

Our current service fees are available on our website or by contacting our customer service team. By signing up for our services, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Initial consultation and credit evaluation are provided free of charge
• Service fees will only be charged after services have begun
• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and electronic checks
• Recurring payments will be clearly disclosed in your service agreement
• Refunds are available in accordance with our Refund Policy (Section 6)

6. Refund Policy

We offer a partial refund if you are not satisfied with our services, subject to the following conditions:

Our total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for such Services during the six months preceding the claim.
